Proteasome ELISA Kit - A new kit for quantifying proteasome concentrations
Circulating and cellular proteasome levels have been reported to be elevated in a number of diseases, including multiple myeloma and systemic lupus. The new kit provides the means to quantify proteasome concentrations in biological samples using a Sandwich ELISA technique. Sample proteasome levels are determined by comparison to a 20S proteasome calibration curve produced in parallel. This kit provides sufficient material for a single 96 well plate.

FluoForte™ Calcium Assay Kit – Brilliant results for calcium discovery
Monitor calcium mobilization in live cells with the brightest and most sensitive fluorescent Ca2+ indicator on the market. The FluoForte™ Calcium Assay Kit has the largest assay window to generate stronger green fluorescence signal than other calcium indicators. The homogeneous mix-and-read, no-wash kit is applicable to analyzing both GPCR (G protein-coupled receptor) and calcium ion channel targets. Suitable for high throughput screening.

DLL1 [Delta-like Protein1], Soluble (human) ELISA Kit
For the quantitative determination of soluble DLL1 in human serum, plasma or cell culture supernatant. Does not cross-react with mouse or rat sera. DLL1 is a human homolog of the Notch Delta ligand and is a member of the delta/serrate/jagged family. It plays a role in mediating cell fate decisions during hematopoiesis.

Also suitable for neutrophil elastase, granzyme H, cathepsin G, chymotrypsin, and rat MCPI and II.
Related Product: Proteinase 3 (human) (neutrophil)

(S)-ESBA - A new KAT II inhibitor
Potent and selective mouse/rat kynurenine aminotransferase II (KAT II) inhibitor, which reduces kynurenic acid (KYNA) production. Plays an important role in neurobiology by enhancing extracellular dopamine levels.

New Antibodies

MAb to FTO (FT403-2)
The FTO (fat mass and obesity-associated) gene is well conserved and found in a single copy in vertebrate species. It is suggested that the FTO protein plays a role in fat cell lipolysis, which may be important in explaining why the FTO gene (and FTO gene variants) is implicated in body weight regulation.

MAb to Progranulin (mouse) (PG319-1)
Progranulin (PGRN), a widely expressed pluripotent growth factor, has been shown to be involved in many processes, such as wound repair, inflammation, and tumorigenesis. Further, mutations in the PGRN gene have been identified in cases of frontotemporal degeneration (FTD).
Related Products: Progranulin (mouse) ELISA Kit / Progranulin (mouse) (rec.) / MAb to Progranulin (human) (PG359-7) / Progranulin (human) ELISA Kit / Progranulin (human) (rec.)

MAb to c-IAP1 (1E1-1-10)
c IAP1 is one of eight identified human inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAPs) and is known to inhibit specific caspases. The antibody recognizes human and mouse c-IAP1.
