Nuclear-ID™ Green
Cell Cycle Kit for flow cytometry
Useful for staining cells based upon their DNA content. The stain can be
applied to live, detergent-permeabilized or fixed cells (wide range of
cell densities, even at 106 cells/ml) to quantify their
distribution in three major phases of the cell cycle (G0/G1,
S and G2/M). The stain can also be used to measure apoptotic
cells in the sub-G1 phase.

FTO (mouse)
(IntraCellular) ELISA Kit
For the quantitative determination of intracellular FTO in mouse cell
lysates. In the mouse brain, FTO is highly expressed in hypothalamic
nuclei that control eating behavior.

α-Synuclein
(human) (rec.) -
A major component of Parkinson’s disease aggregates
Expressed in E. coli.
Wild-type or mutant α-synucleins are associated with familial Parkinson’s
disease. They are suitable for functional and aggregation studies.

Linear
Polyubiquitin Chains - New tools for structural and functional studies
Linear polyubiquitin chains, in which the C-terminal glycine of one
ubiquitin is conjugated to the N-terminal methionine of an adjacent
ubiquitin, have been shown to be assembled in vitro. Ubiquitin binding domains
(UBDs) with a preference for linear polyubiquitin have been identified,
and a role for linear polyubiquitin in NF-κB pathway activation has been
reported. Such findings suggest an importance for linear chains in
cellular processes in addition to those that are lysine-based and
isopeptide-linked.

UPF1035
and UPF1069 - PARP-2 specific inhibitors
PARP-2 has been implicated in multiple DNA repair pathways. It seems to
be involved in later steps of the DNA repair processes and has also been
shown to be involved in diverse processes such as spermatogenesis,
adipogenesis, and T cell development.
