Total Nuclear-ID™ Green/Red Nucleolar/Nuclear Detection Kit

New organelle profiling toolkit that simultaneously detects the nucleolus and nucleus in live cells. Suitable for monitoring a variety of biological processes including cell cycle dynamics, ribosome biogenesis and cellular stress. May be used for the detection of nucleolar perturbation arising from drug or toxic agent treatment.
Related Products: GFP-Certified™ Nuclear-ID™ Red Cell Cycle Analysis Kit / Nucleolar-ID™ Green Detection Kit

Cathepsin K Drug Discovery Kit
Sensitive fluorimetric assay system designed to screen inhibitors of cathepsin K using the recombinant enzyme and substrate provided in the kit.
Related Products: Cathepsin K (human) (rec.) / Cathepsin K Proenzyme (human) (rec.) / CV-Cathepsin K Detection Kit

RIG-I (human) (IntraCellular) ELISA Kit
For the quantitative determination of human RIG-I (retinoic acid-inducible gene I; Ddx58) in cell extracts. RIG-I, a member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase, is activated by cytoplasmic dsRNA and 5'-ppp RNA produced during the viral replication.
Related Products: PAb to RIG-I (human) (AT111) / MAb to RIG-I (Alme-1)

Otubain-1 (human) (rec.) (His)
Otubain-1 has been shown to exhibit high linkage-specificity in vitro, cleaving Lys48 (K48)-linked polyubiquitin but not K63-, K29-, K6-, or K11-linked polyubiquitin, or linear α-linked polyubiquitin.

USP25 (Isoform 2) (human) (rec.) (His)
Ubiquitin specific protease-25 (USP25) is a vertebrate specific deubiquitinylating enzyme. USP25 is also a target for SUMO modification, which takes place within its two ubiquitin interaction motifs and has been shown to impair its binding to and hydrolysis of polyubiquitin chains.

Adiponectin (dog) (rec.)
Catalyzes four steps in the melanin and catecholamine synthesis pathways. Involved in cancer, Parkinson’s disease, pigmentation diseases, and Alzheimer’s disease.
Related Products: Adiponectin (human) (rec.) / Adiponectin (mouse) (rec.) / Adiponectin (rat) (rec.)

BML-277 - a highly selective inhibitor of Chk2
Inhibits Chk2 (IC50=15nM). Displays <25% inhibition of 35 other kinases at 10μM.
LIT: K.L. Arienti, et al.; J. Med. Chem. 48, 1873 (2005)

Caged Retinoic Acid - photoactivatable form of retinoic acid

New Antibodies

PAb to Orai1 (Extracellular) (human) / PAb to Orai2 (human)
Ora1 (CRACM1; TMEM142A) and Orai2 (TMEM142B) are plasma membrane proteins essential for store-operated calcium entry. Orai2 is predominantly expressed in kidney, lung, and spleen.
Related Products: PAb to STIM1 (Extracellular) / PAb to STIM2 (rat)

PAb to AMSH (human)
AMSH (associated molecule with the SH3-domain of STAM) acts as a deubiquitinylating enzyme (JAMM protease sub-class) during the endosomal sorting process to regulate receptor trafficking by specifically cleaving K63-linked polyubiquitin chains from internalized receptors.

PAb to MYSM1 (human)
MYSM1 (Myb-like, SWIRM and MPN domain-containing protein 1) acts as a deubiquitinylating enzyme (JAMM protease sub-class), reported to be specific for mono-ubiquitinylated histone H2A. Levels of monoubiquitinylated H2A are dramatically decreased in prostate tumors, suggesting MYSM1 expression may serve as a cancer marker.

PAb to USP21 (human)
USP21 is a ubiquitin-specific protease that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ubiquitin modified histone H2A (UbH2A), which is involved in chromatin assembly and represses transcriptional initiation. USP21 relieves this UbH2A-specific repression and is also thought to be involved with hepatocyte regeneration.
