ProteoStat™ Protein aggregation assay
Provides a simple, homogenous fluorescent assay for measuring peptide and protein aggregation without the requirement for sample separation or dilution. A broader range of different protein aggregates, from ~50nm to 1mm, can be detected. It is compatible with commonly used buffers (PBS, Tris, HEPES) and excipients (trehalose and sucrose), and offers superior performance across a wider range of pH values (4 ~ 10). ProteoStat™ reagent yields a much brighter signal, relative to other protein aggregation detection dyes and is able to measure as little as 1 - 5% protein aggregate in a protein solution. Suitable for high-throughput assessment and optimization of different protein drug formulations.

Deubiquitinylating enzyme probes, sampler pack
For use in the detection, identification and inhibition of deubiquitinylating enzymes (DUBs). The probes consist of ubiquitin modified at its C-terminus with electrophilic entities capable of reacting with the active-site cysteine thiol, present in most ubiquitin and Ubl specific proteases. These derivatives act as specific probes for enzymes with DUB activity and as potent and irreversible inhibitors.

([Kxonly]Ub)n-ubiquitinylated substrates, sampler pack
This complementary set of polyubiquitin chains, linked through specific single lysine residues, proves useful for investigating the specificity and reactivity of deubiquitinylating enzymes (DUBs) and the interaction of polyubiquitin-modified proteins with ubiquitin binding domain (UBD)-containing proteins.

DLL1 [Delta-like Protein 1] (mouse):Fc (human), (rec.) - Interacts with Notch receptors
DLL1 is a human homolog of the Notch Delta ligand and is a member of the delta/serrate/jagged family. It plays a role in mediating cell fate decisions during hematopoiesis.
Related Products: DLL1 (human), (rec.) / DLL1 (human):Fc (human), (rec.) / DLL1 (mouse):Fc (human), (rec.) / DLL1, soluble (human) ELISA kit

CDC25A (human), (rec.)
CDC25B (human), (rec.)
CDC25C (human), (rec.)
Active, full-length CDC25s expressed in E. coli. Ideal for kinetic studies and inhibitor screening.
Related Products: Phosphatase inhibitor library / Dual specificity phosphatase multipack

NSC-95397 - CDC25 phosphatase inhibitor
A potent and selective inhibitor of CDC25 phosphatase (Ki's for CDC25A, B and C are 32, 96 and 40nM respectively). NSC-95397 inhibits the growth of several human tumor cell lines and blocks G2/M cell cycle transition.

α-GalCer Analog 7 / α-GalCer Analog 8 - NKT cell receptor agonists
Derivatives of α-GalCer. Stimulates the production of smaller amounts of IFN-γ than α-GalCer, but induces equal or greater IL-4 secretion in mouse models.
Related Product: α-Mannosyl Ceramide

Aspergillimide - Antihelmintic
Has been shown to have anti-infective activity against the parasitic nematode Trichostrongylus colubriformis in gerbils when administred orally.
Related Product: 16-keto-Aspergillimide

CTRP5 (globular domain) (human), pAb
CTRP5 is an adiponectin paralog expressed by adipose tissue.
Related Products: CTRP5 (globular domain) (human), (rec.) (His-tag)  / CTRP5 (human), (rec.) (His-tag)  / CTRP5 (mouse), (rec.)  / CTRP5 (mouse), pAb (AT114)

SIRT5, pAb
SIRT5 is the only human class III sirtuin and as such is the closest homolog to bacterial (e.g. E. coli CobB) and archaeal sirtuins. The antibody recognizes human, rat, mouse, and cow SIRT5, with no cross reactivity observed with recombinant human sirtuins SIRT1, SIRT2 or SIRT3.

NLRP3/NALP3 (mouse), mAb (Cryo-1) / NLRP3/NALP3, mAb (Cryo-2)
Members of the Nod-like receptor family, including NLRP3/NALP3, are critical components of the inflammasome that link danger-signals to caspase-1 activation.

Ubiquitin (mouse), mAb (P4D1)
This very widely used and well cited antibody recognizes mono- and poly-ubiquitin protein conjugates, free polyubiquitin chains, and free ubiquitin. The general utility of this monoclonal antibody has been demonstrated in western blotting, immunohistochemical, and immunoprecipitation applications.
Related Products: Ubiquitin (mouse), mAb (P4D1) (HRP conjugate) / Polyubiquitinylated conjugates, mAb (FK1) / Mono- and polyubiquitinylated conjugates, mAb (FK2) / Polyubiquitin (K63-linkage-specific), mAb (HWA4C4)
