Serotonin EIA kit
This novel kit provides fully quantitative results without any acylation steps. Assay more samples with faster results – up to 39 samples in duplicate in just 3 hours! Measure less than 300pg/ml serotonin in platelets, plasma, serum and urine samples.

Testosterone (human) EIA kit
For use in the detection, identification and inhibition of deubiquitinylating enzymes Quantify as little as 2.6pg/ml testosterone in this new kit that is specially designed for use with human samples. Stable liquid color-coded reagents save time in the lab and reduce errors.
Related Product: Testosterone EIA kit

Glutathione fluorescent detection kit
Get more utility out of your samples. Measure GSH and GSSG in the same wells of a microtiter plate in this sensitive fluorescent homogeneous assay.
Related Products: Glutathione reductase fluorescent detection kit / Glutathione S-transferase fluorescent activity kit

Creatinine (serum) detection kit
Novel kits are available for the quantitative determination of creatinine in serum or urine samples. These kits use a single-step liquid detection reagent that is safer than other products available, and a standard calibrated against a NIST creatinine standard. Best of all, these kits provide fast results in just 30 minutes in an easy-to-use homogeneous format.
Related Product: Creatinine colorimetric detection kit

Nuclear-ID™ Blue/Red cell viability reagent (GFP-Certified™)
This reagent is a mixture of a blue fluorescent cell-permeable nucleic acid dye and a red fluorescent cell-impermeable nucleic acid dye that is suited for staining dead nuclei. The staining pattern arising from the simultaneous combination of these two dyes allows determination of live and dead cell populations by fluorescence/confocal microscopy. The cytoplasm is left unstained, potentially allowing visualization of other cell markers. This ready-to-use reagent is fully compatible with GFP-expressing cell lines.

Figure: (A) The Nuclear-ID™ Blue/Red dye is detected as blue-stained nuclei in live cells and fluorescent-red nuclei in dead cells (inset, arrow). (B) The related product Nuclear-ID™ Red/Green dye is detected as red-stained nuclei in live cells and fluorescent-green nuclei in dead cells (inset, arrow).

Related Products: The Nuclear-ID™ Red/Green cell viability reagent / Nuclear-ID™ Blue/Green cell viability reagent / Nuclear-ID™ Green chromatin condensation detection kit (GFP-Certified™) / Apoptosis/Necrosis detection kit (GFP-Certified™)

NS-1643 - K+ channel activator
A novel and selective HERG K+ channel activator (EC50=10.5μM). Activates ERG2 channels. Displays antiarrhythmic properties in rabbit models.
Related Products: K+ Channel Activators / K+ Channel Blockers & Inhibitors / K+ Channel Antibodies

ZM-226600 - K+ channel activator
A unique and selective ATP-sensitive K+ channel (KATP) opener (EC50=0.5μM) which is short acting. Completely abolishes overactivity in a rat model of overactive bladder.
Related Products: K+ Channel Activators / K+ Channel Blockers & Inhibitors / K+ Channel Antibodies

Pristimerin - Antitumor agent
Induces caspase-dependent apoptosis by inhibiting the chymotrypsin-like activity of the proteasome. Inhibits NF-κB activation via inhibition of IKKα or IKKβ. Inhibits induction of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS; NOSII). Induces mitochondrial cell death. Has antiproliferative, antifungal, and antiviral properties and shows antimalarial and insecticidal activity in vitro. Potent and reversible monoacylglycerol lipase (MGL) inhibitor.

New Antibodies

BAFF (human), mAb (blocking) (4.62)
BAFF is a master regulator of peripheral B cell survival and co-stimulates activated T cells. Homeostatic cytokine that helps regulate innate and adaptive immune response. Antibody recognizes human BAFF.

BAFF-R (human), mAb (HuBR9.1)
Three receptors for BAFF were recently identified and designated TACI, BCMA, and BAFF-R. BAFF and its receptors are essential for B cell development, survival, and humoral immune responses. Antibody detects endogenous human BAFF-R.

c-IAP1, mAb (1E1-1-10)
c IAP1 is one of eight identified human inhibitors of apoptosis proteins (IAPs) and is known to inhibit specific caspases. The antibody recognizes human and mouse c-IAP1.
Related Product: c-IAP1, pAb
