Lyso-ID® Red cytotoxicity assay (GFP-Certified™)
An effective and rapid quantitative method for detecting cytotoxicity, including drug-induced phospholipidosis in live cells induced by cationic amphiphilic drugs (CADs). The assay also detects the accumulation of autophagosomes by agents such as bafilomycin A1. Key advantages include the ability to analyze drug response in cells without co-incubation with artificial phospholipid analogs and the ability to perform drug screening in a high-throughput manner using a conventional fluorescence microplate reader.

Figure: Using a conventional fluorescence microplate reader, the half maximal effective concentration (EC50) of verapamil in U2OS cells was estimated.
Related Products: Lyso-ID® Red detection kit / Mito-ID® Red detection kit / Total Nuclear-ID™ Green/Red Nucleolar/Nuclear detection kit / Mito-ID® Green detection kit

Golgi-ID™ Green assay kit
Contains a Golgi apparatus-selective dye suitable for live cell or fixed cell staining. An important application is in fluorescence co-localization imaging with red fluorescent protein (RFP)-tagged proteins; a powerful approach for determining the targeting of molecules to intracellular compartments and screening of their associations and interactions.

Figure: Golgi-ID™ Green dye co-localizes with RFP-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase-2, fused to orange fluorescent protein (OFP). (A) Golgi-ID™ Green dye, (B) HeLa cells expressing RFP-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase-2, (C) Hoechst staining, (D) composite image.
Related Products: ER-ID™ Green assay kitER-ID™ Red assay kit

DPPIV/CD26 Assay kit
A complete assay system designed to measure DPPIV activity in biological samples such as tissue & cell extracts, plasma, serum, urine, and saliva. The kit contains both a chromogenic substrate (H-Gly-Pro-pNA) and a fluorogenic substrate (H-Gly-Pro-AMC) as well as recombinant DPPIV for use as a positive control.

Related Products: DPPIV drug discovery kitDPPIV (human), (rec.)DPPIV (human), pAbGP-AMCGP-pNA

CTRP5 (human), competitive ELISA kit
For the quantitative determination of CTRP5 in human serum, plasma or cell culture supernatants. CTRP5 is predominantly expressed in adipose tissue. Defects in CTRP5 are a cause of late-onset retinal degeneration (LORD).
Related Products: All CTRP5 products

Fluor-de-Lys®-Green HDAC2 fluorometric drug discovery assay kit
A highly sensitive, mix and read assay for HDAC2. Activity can readily be measured with 1-10ng HDAC2/well, thus enabling IC50 determinations for high affinity inhibitors. The assay is highly suitable for high-throughput screening, with a Z’-factor of 0.74).
Related Products: HDAC kits & sets / HDAC enzymes / HDAC inhibitors / HDAC antibodies

BAFF (soluble) (human), matched pair detection set
For the quantitative determination of human soluble BAFF in cell culture supernatants. BAFF (BLyS; TALL1) is a master regulator of peripheral B cell survival and also acts in processes such as immunoglobulin isotype switch and B cell co-stimulation. In humans, elevated levels of soluble BAFF have been detected in the serum of patients with various autoimmune diseases.
Related Products: BAFF & BAFF receptors

REDOX library
The Screen-well™ REDOX library contains 80 compounds with defined prooxidant or antioxidant activity for studying the roles of these molecules in cells and in vitro applications.
Related Products: All compound libraries / Oxidative stress products

TDO (human), (rec.) (His) - Involved in tryptophan catabolism
Tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase (TDO) catalyzes the first and rate limiting step in L-tryptophan catabolism. Has a broad specificity towards tryptamine and derivatives including D- and L-tryptophan, 5-hydroxytryptophan and serotonin.
Related Products: IDO (human), (rec.) (His) / IDO (mouse), (rec.) (His) / IDO (human), mAb (ID 177) / IDO (human), pAb / IDO (mouse), pAb

SCART1 (NT) (mouse):Fc (human) (rec.) - Novel cell surface receptor
A recently identified member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily. SCART1 represents a novel, developmentally regulated cell surface receptor that distinguishes γδ-T cells from conventional αβ-T cells.

GPX1 (human), (rec.) (His) - Antioxidant enzyme
Has been shown to be down-regulated in cancer cells. Protects the hemoglobin in erythrocytes from oxidative breakdown.
Related Products: GPX3 (human), (rec.) / GPX3 (mouse), (rec.) / GPX, mAb (GPX-347) / GPX3, pAb / GPX3 (human) ELISA kit / GPX3 (mouse) ELISA kit / GPX activity kit

Organelle-ID RGB™ reagent II
A mixture of cell permeable red fluorescent lysosomal dye, green fluorescent endoplasmic reticulum dye and blue fluorescent nucleic acid dye. The staining pattern from these three dyes permits visualization of the target organelles by fluorescence microscopy. The single-tube assay is easy to use, while offering fast multiplexed visualization of organelles in live cells.
