Bethyl Laboratories, the polyclonal antibody specialists, announces the release of our new PathProfiler™ Kits for the qualitative determination of protein modification as determined by ELISA. Kits available include Histone H3 and MCM2.

Each PathProfiler™ Kit includes a base module and the choice of two Detection Antibody Modules. You can mix and match to fit your research requirements. Additional Detection Modules are also available separately.





Detection of Total Histone H3 and Phospho Histone H3 (S10) by PathProfiler ELISA (E300-001). A549, HeLa, K562, and Jurkat cell lines were serum starved overnight. Cells were subsequently serum stimulated and treated with 0.5 µg/ml of Calyculin A at 37ºC, 5% CO2 for 15 minutes. Cells were lysed and screened using PathProfiler Total Histone H3 and Histone H3 (S10) Detection Modules (E300-001A and E300-001B, respectively).






Detection of Total MCM2, Phospho MCM2 (S27), and Phospho MCM2 (S108) by PathProfiler ELISA E300-002). A549, HeLa, K562, and Jurkat cell lines were lysed with Cell Lysis Buffer. Total protein concentration was determined and samples were diluted to 20 µg/ml in Dilution Buffer A and screened using PathProfiler Total MCM2, Phospho MCM2 (S27), and Phospho MCM2 (S108) Detection Modules (E300-002A, E300-002B, and E300-002C, respectively).
